Key objectives:
- Accelerate the process of setting up and amending models (with the help of our object-oriented Excel setup)
- Reduce the effort to comprehend/follow and review model build-ups (by utilizing template structures)
- Produce highly flexible, and performant, battle-tested model structures (that will help you get your job done) 

We introduce functions and structural elements that enable us to set up object-oriented models (the toolkit). Then, we will discuss the standard model approach that is prevailing in the financial industry, point out the disadvantages, and introduce advanced models that allow for maximum flexibility. We reason that template-based modeling is objectively superior in all aspects of good model and introduce our Rollout-Kill-Model approach, which yields the above-stated benefits. Thereafter, we explain the system that make use of sophisticated modeling concepts (softlinks, Flexibility Frames, flexible cases, flexible consolidation, overviews) and put performance optimization measures into place. This allows us to "eat the cake and have 'em too" as we can thereby create models that are both highly flexibility and highly performant. Finally, we introduce Input-Template-Models, provide context to its use-cases of incorporating inputs and calculations on the same tab, and explain the setup and its functionalities.
